Managing your property

Once the tenancy is underway we allocate you your own dedicated property manager so that you know who is looking after your interests and who to go to if needs be.

We pride ourselves on being available to our landlords when they need us. That means that we’re OK for you to speak to us at weekends or in the evenings if you need to. We know that our clients are busy people so we try to be as accommodating as possible.

Repairs and maintenance

We have a trusted team of tradespeople who we use to carry out routine or emergency repairs when and where necessary. You will always be alerted to any maintenance issues for approval before works commence (unless, for your convenience, you agree a cash limit to which we can directly authorise minor works).

Transferring rent payments to your account

Unlike most other agents, we do not hold on to your money for any longer than necessary. Tenants pay by Standing Order and we pay you as soon as possible after the rent has been received and cleared, usually in 2 to 3 working days. You will also receive a full landlord statement each month detailing rent paid, any expenses incurred and notification of certificates falling due.
